Our standardized forging and casting products are titanium discs and titanium rings. For all other specialist designs we follow a stepwise approach to ensuring the titanium forged part is correct and meets all requirements. After agreeing a design with engineers from both parties we produce and test a mould which is used to produce a pilot part which is provided to customers for secondary testing and inspection. Upon agreement of the pilot piece the next step in the process is to produce the first batch of components and deliver. Finally we may also provide the mold a separate component as part of product deliverables.
Despite being an age old process it takes a great deal of skill and craftsmanship to produce titanium forgings and castings. We have over 30 years experience in the field and have handled a large number of differing parts. We are confident we can outperform any one on the market for engineering excellence, rapid production and low price.

Titanium Chemical Composition
The table that follows details the chemical composition of titanium grades by element component and the percentage occurrence in the grade. Different grades exhibit different properties and characteristics which determine which is most suitable for application.
