Titanium Forgings
Titanium forgings are standard forged pieces which we produce for both our domestic and overseas titanium customers.
We have a full inventory of standard casts and molds for rings, targets and disks and also offer bespoke part titanium forging and titanium castings for engineered designs.
Our machinery is capable of accommodating titanium forgings and castings from the smallest bone support structure to large aircraft landing gear shape. We have invested heavily in our forging machinery and have a range or hydraulic forging machines from 1500 to 4000 tonnes.
We also have a number of highly skilled individuals who are highly regarded in the field.
Standard Forged Parts
The following specification details our standard titanium forged parts specification. These are titanium rings and titanium discs. As well as standardized products we produce to bespoke designs which are based on customer designs and through collaboration with our experienced titanium engineers. For further information on bespoke designs please contact us for more information.

About Our Forgings
Our main forged products include titanium axles, forged rings and titanium disks. Our overseas customers are located in Poland, Romania, Germany and the United States.
Our standardized forging and casting products are titanium discs and titanium rings. For all other specialist designs we follow a stepwise approach to ensuring the titanium forged part is correct and meets all requirements. After agreeing a design with engineers from both parties we produce and test a mould which is used to produce a pilot part which is provided to customers for secondary testing and inspection. Upon agreement of the pilot piece the next step in the process is to produce the first batch of components and deliver. Finally we may also provide the mold a separate component as part of product deliverables.
Despite being an age old process it takes a great deal of skill and craftsmanship to produce titanium forgings and castings. We have over 30 years experience in the field and have handled a large number of differing parts. We are confident we can outperform any one on the market for engineering excellence, rapid production and low price.
