Pumps

Alongside the production of standard mill products we produce and supply pumps to EU and US specifications and standards. Primary use for our pumps is in chemical and water treatment applications and provide several global customers in establishing and maintaining large processing sites. Our centrifugal pumps consist of rotating vanes, enclosed within a housing or casing, used to impart energy to a fluid through centrifugal force. Liquid ring vacuum pumps are used for handling wet gas mixtures. Chemical liquids handling applications such as high-pressure additive injection in oil production and transferring thick, high-temperature, corrosive and abrasive liquids, are examples of the tough demands increasingly made for metering pumps used in the process and chemical industries. To meet these demands North Steel developed superior quality chemical dosing pumps. We are manufacturing pumps for bromine feeder, seawater booster, sodium hypo, hypochlorite dosing, polymer feed, waste water handling, fertilizer, and ARP plant.
